BCL Homes is Mike Stearns and Mike Foster

Mike Foster - Owner/CEO has more than 30 years experience in the industry with all types of construction including land development, multi-family and single family homes all over the country. Mike Foster was the National VP of Operations for Lennar, but also worked with Rutenburg and Morrison and several others over years.  Mike Foster is a master at making things happen. No challenge is too difficult for Mike to conquer. His relentless pursuit to uncover the best deal and pass that onto the buyer is his number one priority.  He uses all of his resources and knowledge to ensure BCL Homes is buying aggressively so that we are able to offer a superior value to each and every customer.


Mike Stearns - Owner/President has more than 25 years in construction industry and held a National Purchasing Manager role for Lennar Homes for the past decade and has strong relationships with both the National Suppliers and Trade Partners.  His expertise in quality construction, and his attention to detail is evident in his work. Mike is the license holder for the company and obtained his license in 2008 while employed with US Home. With exceptional organizational skills, Mike Stearns oversees the field operations to insure the homes are built to BCL quality standards and always strives to delivers a superior product to ensure we keep the customer satisfied. Mike also spends a great deal of time selecting interior specifications for each of our spec homes and also working with the customer to deliver exactly what they want.

BCL Homes kicked off in 2018 after both Mike Foster and Mike Stearns left the corporate world of Lennar. They started the venture to continue building without the confines of a major corporation or Home Builder. BCL works with investors as well as building their own custom spec homes. Some of their standard offerings or specialties include 2 unit townhomes/duplex, small to mid level townhome projects, and single family residences ranging from 1700 sf living up to the 3,000-4,200 sq ft homes that are typical in the South Tampa market. They are also eager to work with a customer who already has their own property and just needs a quality builder with professional experience to make their dream come true. 

Our goal is to have limited growth so that we can be one of the premier Builders in the area.
